THE TEARS
I am crying
Tiny drops of water fall from my eyes
They gently trickle my face
They taste like sea
And yet they look ridiculous
I am shaking my head in disbelief at it all
They go down and on
In rivulets on my face
I would like to and must not
I don’t believe it and yet I have to
Drip, drip, drip
They fall to the ground and seep into it
Barely perceptible to the naked eye
And yet
They are tiny diamonds full of beauty
Cool and warm at the same time
Although colors don’t have, shine with all
In the corner, you will see their silver reflection
Small and yet incredible
So much power where it’s just taken in them
They’re out of the water
And they give the strength the flowers to live
So why not for me!
